LatinXchange LLC was created in 2025 by the owners of beverage and sauce plants in Honduras to be their own importer of record in the United States, and to import third-party brands under master import agreements.
The company is a Delaware LLC headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida. It buys from the plants, acts as importer of record with FDA and CBP, holds inventory at a 3PL near Port Everglades and sells full container loads to regional distributors.
In 2025 Dos Pinos, Costa Rica's dairy cooperative, appointed LatinXchange as its authorized master importer and distributor for the United States under a master import and distribution agreement. The first containers landed in 2026.
For the group's own brands, Emsula and Chile Lengua de Fuego, LatinXchange is the import platform; each brand keeps its own consumer-facing site.
