Authorized master importer: a third-party manufacturer appoints LatinXchange as importer and distributor for the U.S. under a written agreement. Territory, brand use and marketing follow that agreement.
Group brand: the plant and LatinXchange share owners. We act as importer of record and U.S. platform; the brand keeps its own consumer site.
